A few good words to consider include words like monitored, managed, prepared, and developed. This will make your resume stand out among the sea of other resumes they have to look at.

Tip #4: Sell Your Strengths - Selling your strengths is also quite important. Focus on areas that you are strong in so that they are easy to see. More than likely the person looking over your resume is going to spend less than a minute looking over it, so you need to be sure that you highlight and sell your strengths.

Tip #5: Match Their Needs - Last of all, you also need to make your resume match the needs that the company currently has. If you have held positions in the past that are relevant to the job you are applying for, then be sure that you highlight that. Also, use keywords that you will find in their ad to draw their attention and make you look like the perfect person to the job.
