As you know, a cover letter should be attached to every resume, but the cover letter must be a good one, otherwise it won"t help. The letter must make the reader want to read the whole, so do not make any mistakes or errors, keep it short and to the point.

The third quick tip you can use:

Put away your letter in a drawer after you have finished writing it. If it still seems a good cover letter to you when you read it again a couple of days later, it probably is a good one.
