To first get started on the right path, you should start by asking yourself about some of the skills that you have. After you ask yourself this question, simply write out your answer in an unorganized fashion. References aren"t necessary, but it"s good to have them anyway. This way when a potential employer asks you for your references he will already have them when he gets a copy of your resume. But if you do not include them on your resume, then don"t fret - because it isn"t necessary.
