Class Action Lawsuits and the New iPhone

Few could have anticipated the events following the release of the new iPhone 4. Within days of its big release that had folks lining up outside retailers hours before it was slated to officially be sold, class action lawsuits began piling up. A. Harrison Barnes, lawyer and founder of LegalAuthority.com says there have been at least five classic action suits filed by the time July 1 rolled around. Apple currently is facing these suits in California, Texas and Maryland and resolves around the lack of reception in the devices cell coverage.

First, you need to find a company with a great education program. I think this is important, because I worked for a couple of companies before that would just throw you to the pigs, so to speak. Education is very important because you need to know what works now in the online business world. If the company you are watching does not offer training from industry leaders, then keep looking. The company may promise a good education, but make sure it is not youtube videos or 200 pages of pdf reports.

The second step is to research the company you are considering participation in. Listen to what members of this company has to say. Note that during its investigation, you will find people who say the company is a scam. There are hundreds of network marketing companies and each have their own lists of false scams. This is mainly due to the fact that some people try to get rich quick, and when they fail, they cry fraud. When you search, look for companies that pay a high commission to make the best use of your marketing efforts. Also look for a company whose product you believe in and support. If you are willing to buy the product yourself, then you will be able to sell the product easier.

Ask to be put in calls for training before signing up. This will ease your mind on what type of training they will produce for you. While on this training or webinar call, if they do nothing but pitch their business to you, be wary, this company may only be in it for the money. If there company was great to work with, they wouldn"t have to be pressuring you to join. You should find a company that you are excited about joining.

Once you"ve focused your search to a network company that is legitimate and really cares about its members, it"s time to advance and join. Do not waste time thinking about the commitment. The best way to start is simply move forward. I"ve witnessed many people go into analysis paralysis when it comes to deciding the best company to participate in. They always seem to be looking for something wrong. Do not the side of everyone that looks for the bad keep you from doing something big.

Building a business online should be fun and exciting. Do not let it be hard and difficult selecting the right company. Stick with the company that has a good reputation and produces great results every month.
