Look if you want to become a police officer there are quite a few tests, and exams that you will have to pass in order to be offered the position. One of these exams that"s required in order to become a cop is the polygraph test. I will be the first one to tell you that I"m not a big fan of the police polygraph test as I don"t think it does what it was initially designed to do, which is to screen out the liars, and fabricators. I know first hand that there have been police applicants who have failed the test even though they were being honest.
